  • Account & purchase data — name, email address, billing details, and the workflow packs you've purchased.
  • Communications — emails, contact form submissions and any support messages you send us.
  • Usage data — pages visited, referring URLs, IP address, browser type, and basic analytics events.
  • Workflow data — when you run automations on our infrastructure, we process the data your workflows touch (we never train on it or share it).

2. How we use information

  • To deliver the workflows and updates you've purchased.
  • To provide customer support and reply to your messages.
  • To improve our website, workflows and onboarding.
  • To send important service announcements (you can opt out of marketing email at any time).
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors we rely on to run the business — payment processing (Whop / Stripe), email delivery, hosting and analytics — and only to the extent needed.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@nextautomation.cloud. We'll respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a minimal set of essential cookies to keep the site working and basic analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, principle of least privilege) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and let us know if you suspect any compromise.
