Refund policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase. If a NextAutomation workflow pack isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase — no complicated hoops.
1. Eligibility
- The request is made within 30 days of your original purchase.
- You can tell us briefly what didn't work for you, so we can keep improving the product.
- Custom-built or one-on-one consulting work is non-refundable once delivered.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@nextautomation.cloud from the address you used at checkout with your order number and a short note. We normally process refunds within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Whop / Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
4. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster and more amicably over email.
