Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and use of NextAutomation (the "Service") and our workflow packs. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for any activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. License

When you purchase a workflow pack you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify and run the included automations inside your own n8n instances and for your own organization. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the workflows.

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Whop. Prices and packs are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Refunds

We honor a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. See our Refund policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law or violate someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse our infrastructure.
• Don't use the workflows to send spam or harvest personal data without consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and workflows are provided "as is". We can't guarantee that every automation will fit every use case, and your business outcomes depend on your own configuration. Always test in a safe environment first.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAutomation isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the site.
